I always wondered what to do with that mission information technology kept popping up but couldn't practise annihilation but talk to him or give a donation and it kept reactivating

his dialogue changes a bit every time. if you lot repeat information technology every time you come back to the area, he says more and more stuff, and it eventually ends with him giving you a tip you lot follow up on, and ♥♥♥♥ goes downward.
its pretty swell actually.

If you heed the story is unlike every fourth dimension you visit. You have to go through like 4-5 different encounters to unlock a mission.
When the Nomads are there you can defend him if you realize what'south happening.

more on topic - frankly, i call back Gary the Street Prophet might be my favorite third character in this game. You know, aside from characters you have several sidequests with, and frankly fifty-fifty a lot of those, he'due south merely crawly. Simply competition he has actually is from Flaming Crotch Man.

Yeah, I thought it was interesting once you realize its more than only i set of dialogue.
I did like Flaming crotch and Brendan besides. Delamain would accept rated higher if it wasn't so obtrusive the way it interjects itself when yous're trying to do something else.
I thought annihilation that kind've showed a unique have or some personality was. They were all adept breaks from the principal story when you lot got downwardly to information technology. Specially when the FCG gets back to you afterwards with payment and starts talking about how he's going to try out another circular of mods lol.
